What printing materials do you use?
All prints are produced using archival-quality paper and fade-resistant inks to preserve color accuracy and fine detail for years to come. Our canvases and frames meet gallery-level standards for premium presentation.

Are your photos original?
Yes. Every image featured by Imperial Lens Studio is original photography captured and edited by our founder and lead photographer. Each print reflects a unique artistic vision and commitment to quality.

Will the colors of my print match what I see on screen?
We take color accuracy seriously. While slight variations may occur due to individual monitor settings, every print is color-calibrated using professional-grade equipment to stay true to the original photograph.

Customization & Personalization

Can I request a different size or format for a photo?
Yes. Most of our photos are available in multiple formats and sizes, including framed, canvas, and poster options. Select from dimensions provided in products descriptions.

Do you offer photo customization or edits?
We do not accommodate specific requests such as cropping, subtle tone adjustments, or personalized messages.

Can I upload my own photo to be printed?
Imperial Lens Studio focuses exclusively on our original photography to maintain artistic integrity and quality. We do not print customer-uploaded images at this time.

Ordering, Production & Shipping

How long does production take?
Every order is made to order through our professional print partner. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the product.

What are the shipping times?
Once your print is produced, delivery time will vary by destination:

- U.S. orders: 3–7 business days

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?
- No International Orders (AT THIS TIME)

What if my print arrives damaged or incorrect?
In the rare event your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.

Where are orders shipped from?
Our prints are fulfilled and shipped from our professional print partner, there production centers located closest to your region for the fastest, most reliable delivery.

Payments & Returns

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure digital payment options. Payments are processed at checkout through our secure e-commerce platform.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Since each piece is made to order, cancellations or changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After production begins, we cannot guarantee modifications.

Do you offer refunds or returns?
Because all prints are custom-made, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Our quality control team inspects every order before shipping to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition.
